Sowing Stitches provides Fabrics Designs & Production, Hair Care, Henna, Arts & Crafts, T-Shirts and other screen printing training, and  referrals. Our trainees enjoy increasing all-round health and wellbeing, and a caring community experience.    

Training centres and opening hours: 

6 The Concourse, Colindale, NW9 5XB; 

Mondays – Thursdays from 11am – 2pm. 

Free training for Barnet residents. Registration is necessary. 

OneStongrove, 5 Hayling Way, Edgware HA8 8BN 

Thursdays At 6 – 8pm 

Free training for Edgware residents. Registration is necessary.
